Il nostro Bed and Breakfast è situato sulle colline che si affacciano sulla valle del Magra e sul Golfo dei Poeti. Da qui si gode un magnifico panorama. Tutto intorno un giardino mediterraneo con ulivi e rose. La casa è stata completamente risistemata e messa a nuovo. Ovunque è possibile avere Wi Fi gratuito. Le stanze sono dotate di aria condizionata.

Our Bed and Breakfast is located in the hills overlooking the Valley of the Magra river and the Gulf of poets. From here you can enjoy a magnificent view. All around a Mediterranean garden with olive trees and roses. The House has been completely rearranged and made new. Anywhere you can have free Wi Fi. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Our guests can relax in the nearby woods or sunbathe on the large terrace. There is a private parking for 4/5 cars.

Sarzana Fortezza Firmafede

Lorenzo il Magnifico conquistò Serrazzana (Sarzana) in 1487 after a long war against Genoa. After having destroyed the Firmafede Fortress, he decided to build a new, more modern one upon its ashes, in step with the current technological progress of the art of war. He well understood the strategic value of Sarzana, and decided that a fortress ready for the new firearms was a worthy investment. Today, the colossal bulk of the Citadel – as the locals call it – is concealed behind a curtain of rooftops, at the eastern end of Sarzana’s historical center. In order to reach it you must penetrate the city’s streets or follow its ancient walls, along a shady rampart from where you can see the surrounding hills and the Sarzanello Fortress, a companion that once created a defensive curtain against so many cannons.
